1 Small Box Rice Cereal
1 Small Box Corn Cereal
1 Bag Goldfish
1 Bag Ritz Toasted Chips
1 Box Cheez Its
1 Container of Nuts (Your Favorite, I like cashews)
1 ½ Sticks Melted Unsalted Butter
¼ Cup Wilsonshire (Worcestershire)
2 TBSP Boars Night Out Double Garlic Butter
2 TBSP Steak Princess BBQ Beauty and the Beef

1. Pre-heat smoker to 250 degrees. We have used a pellet and a drum for this recipe.

2. Melt Butter.

3. Mix Wilsonshire and spices into your melted butter.

4. Mix cereal, goldfish, chips, Cheez Its and nuts in a full size steam pan.

5. Pour butter mixture over your snack mixture and mix well.

6. Place on smoker for 90 minutes, stirring mixture well every 15-20 minutes.

7. We like to taste around the halfway point to see if more seasoning needs to be added. If we want more seasoning we sprinkle on and then stir well.

8. After 90 minutes stir well, then bring in and allow to cool. Once cooled store in an airtight container.

– You can use any of your favorite snacks for this. We have used pretzels, bagel chips, pita chips and oyster crackers.

– If you want to spice it up some use 1 Tablespoon Beauty and the Beef and 1 Tablespoon Rylee’s Cajun Firefly Dust.

– You can also split this in 2 half pans. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter per pan and make one pan spicy and one pan regular. We like playing with different spices and rubs for different flavors.
