SMOKED BACON WRAPPED OREOS

Ingredients:
16 Oreo cookies
8 strips bacon (classic cut)
2 tbsp pork BBQ rub
Apple juice for spritzing

Directions:
Pre-heat your smoker to 250°F.

Place a wire baking rack in a full-size aluminum pan and spray it with nonstick spray.

Slice the bacon in half crosswise.

Wrap each Oreo in a half-strip of bacon and place them seam-side down on the wire rack.

Sprinkle the tops of each cookie with the BBQ rub.

Once the smoker reaches temperature place the pan with the cookies on the grate, close the lid/door and cook for about 30 minutes.

Spritz the cookies with apple juice and continue to cook for 30 minutes more or until the bacon is crisped to your liking.

Remove the cookies from the smoker and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
