Ingredients:
1 Stick Butter
1 Egg (lightly Beaten)
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 ½ – 2 Cups Chopped Strawberries

Ingredients For The Cobbler:
1 8oz. Block Cream Cheese (Softened)
¼ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Sour Cream
1 Egg

Directions:
1. Pre-heat your oven or pellet to 350 degrees.

2. Start by making your cheesecake batter. Beat one block cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.

3. Add in sour cream and mix until blended.

4. Add in one egg and mix until blended. Set cheesecake mixture to the side.

5. For the cobbler. Melt butter and pour into 13×9 pan or a cast iron skillet.

6. In a small bowl, using a whisk, mix together egg, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

7. Pour batter directly over your melted butter. Do not stir.

8. Sprinkle cut strawberries over your batter.

9. Spoon your cheesecake batter over strawberries. We only use about half of this batter and then make a small cheesecake. The amount of cheesecake you use it up to your taste.

10. Place in oven or on smoker for 45 – 60 minutes or until your crust is golden brown.

Side Note: If using a cast iron skillet this can be done on a Big Green Egg. We have also made one on a Hasty Bake Ranger
